BZ was formed after we began working together in a high pace ASC focused on ophthalmology and plastic surgery.

Over time, the center required a new approach to staffing and we were awarded the contract to provide anesthesia services.  Between us, there is hardly an anesthetic for a surgery performed that we have not done.  A diverse work history, within a variety of practice models, allows us to plan the best possible solution for a practice environment.  We are passionate about taking care of people and demand the same of our providers.
